Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with DM Linen. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Processing refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order before it is handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, DM Linen ships only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is typically 3-7 business days within the United States.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Orders of $80.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
For orders below $80.00 USD, a flat shipping fee of $8.00 USD will be applied at checkout.
No additional handling fees or hidden charges will be added after checkout.
Carriers and Order Tracking
Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If you have created an account on our website, tracking information may also be available within your account order history.
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has received the package.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to addresses located within the United States.
We do not ship to international destinations.
Certain remote locations, military addresses, or other restricted delivery areas may experience longer delivery times depending on carrier availability.
Delays and Unexpected Circumstances
While we make every effort to process and deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Carrier service disruptions
- Supply chain interruptions
- High shipping volume periods
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information associated with your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date or the expected delivery date.
To assist with the investigation, we may request photographs of the package, shipping label, and damaged items when applicable.

Local Pickup and Local Delivery
DM Linen does not currently offer in-store pickup, curbside pickup, or local delivery services.
All orders are shipped through our designated shipping carriers.
