Refund policy
At DM Linen, we want customers to have a clear understanding of our return and refund process before making a purchase. Please review the information below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, including:
- Unused or only lightly handled
- Free from significant wear, damage, stains, or alterations
- Returned with original tags and packaging when applicable
Returns may be accepted for both:
- Buyer's remorse (for example, if you change your mind after receiving the item)
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Clearance items
- Final sale items
- Products specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any item back.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
DM Linen does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to buyer's remorse or non-defective products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping charges are based on the actual shipping cost charged by the carrier selected by the customer.
For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, DM Linen may provide a replacement, exchange, or return solution at no additional return shipping cost to the customer, subject to review of the reported issue.
Exchanges
We support exchanges within the eligible return period.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or replacement item, please contact our customer support team before returning the product.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time the request is processed.
Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, including PayPal, credit cards, or other approved payment methods.
Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
DM Linen does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Partial Returns
If an order contains multiple items, customers may return eligible items individually without returning the entire order.
Refund amounts will be calculated based on the returned items only.
Lost or Damaged Return Shipments
If a return package is lost or damaged while being shipped back to us, please contact the shipping carrier directly and retain any available tracking information, shipping receipts, and supporting documentation.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.
